Pleasant hotel, breakfast each day was reasonable and the location separate to restaurant which is awesome was convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

Everything was very comfortable, friendly professional staff, easy location short walk to a roundabout onto a motorway, Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument and restaurants and grocery stores and a new business area of Stirling. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with delicious breakfast and even better dinner. I had very good days staying at this family-friendly hotel.

Large units with TV and tea bags, and absolutely friendly staff.

the room was fully-equipped and had an incredible view of the hills. the bathroom was large, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was set in a central area not far from zoo and lovely breakfast and the restaurant for dinner. furthermore, close to ev charging stations.

Big and fairly clean hotel, location was really handy and easy near the adjoining bar / eatery. The staffs were amazingly helpful & customer-oriented. We booked double room that was complete with bath, a mini fridge plus missing channels as advertised. An attached restaurant with delicious breakfast and even better dinner was an advantage. Had a very good stay of two nights, and would stay here again.

Functional, freshly decorated rooms, reasonable breakfast and excellent staff. The beds were very comfy, and the location was particularly good.

The room I booked was would benefit with a mini fridge to allow drinks etc to be kept chilled and available where the shower took ages to drain. This location was good, near to the restaurants, shops and safari park, and the gardens both dsys lovely outdoor seating area and food excell ent. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.
